General Provisions & Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ed33 website, application, and all related services.
• "User" or "you" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account provided after registering on ed33.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-cash credits granted as part of a promotional offer.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred into the account from the user's own money.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from the account to a payment method.

ed33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified through the platform of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ed33 platform. Use of the gaming platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ed33 may request a valid ID document at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, as members of the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts may be suspended or cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. As part of the identity verification process, ed33 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the ed33 support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile payment methods are currently supported on ed33:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, which applies to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be requested. Funds will be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit. If you wish to withdraw winnings obtained from bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

3.4 Deposit Processing

After a successful deposit, funds generally appear in the account immediately. If a technical issue occurs during a deposit, contact the support team with proof of payment.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ed33, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more attracts the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before winnings become withdrawable. These requirements are calculated at 10 times the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager ৳15,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts will be treated as misuse and the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for gaming.
• ed33 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Unused bonus funds will be cancelled once the bonus expires.

4.4 VIP & Cashback Program

ed33 has a five-tier VIP program for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Gaming Responsibility

All games on ed33 are played for entertainment purposes only. The platform operates on a fair play principle and all transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected may result in the immediate closure of an account:

• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to earn bonuses or rewards.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to disrupt the platform's security systems.

5.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, ed33 will refund the bet for that round.

Account Suspension & Cancellation

6.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time. Before closing, withdraw any withdrawable balance remaining in the account. The Self-Exclusion option is available on the responsible gaming page.

6.2 Suspension by ed33

ed33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of false identity or fraud is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If a security or technical issue arises.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

Bonus funds on accounts that have been inactive for a long period may be cancelled. However, the original deposited funds will remain in the account and can be withdrawn after proper identity verification.

Changes to Terms & Effectivity

These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.

ed33 may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
